Welcome to St Paulinus Catholic Primary School

The children, staff and Governors at St Paulinus Catholic Primary School would like to welcome you to our fantastic website.

My name is Mrs d’Arcy and I am fortunate to be the Headteacher of this wonderful and successful school. As a former pupil at the School, I am especially proud to be its Headteacher! Our school is staffed by a dedicated team of talented and caring professionals who give their best to all our children.

Recently we have developed our outdoor areas so that all children in school can take part in exciting learning outside as well as inside. The School is constantly alive with a buzz for learning which is encouraged by having themed learning weeks and super learning days. Last year these included a faith week, a French day, a reading week, Australia Day, an outdoor learning day and more recently a superb space science week!

St Paulinus Catholic Primary School has amazing children, staff and Governors who all share the common belief that Jesus Christ is at the centre of all we do. This is reflected in our new school mission statement ‘Inspiring all to live, learn and love in the light of Jesus’ (CF John 8:12) which permeates throughout the School. We place a very strong emphasis on personalised learning and we are proud of our caring and inclusive ethos, creating the happy environment in which our children learn. As a result our children not only achieve very good standards, but they also develop the personal skills needed to be happy and fulfilled individuals.

Whilst the website is a good introduction to the School, I recommend that prospective parents visit us. I would welcome the opportunity to meet you, answer your questions and best of all let you see our great school in action.

Mrs d’Arcy
