Over the last 3 weeks children have been bringing Christmas shoeboxes into school filled with lovely presents such as toy cars, colouring books, hats and scarves and toothbrushes for children who won’t get any other presents this Christmas. Some classes made joint shoeboxes where the children all brought in one item and put them together to fill a shoebox.
Yesterday 101 shoeboxes were picked up by Operation Christmas Child to go on the first part of their journey to children in Eastern Europe.
