During Fitness Week, we all looked at nutrition and exercise: both are a pre-requisite for a healthy mind and body. We kept our own daily diary of food and tried very hard to eat healthily. In order to maintain some fitness throughout, we walked – and ran for the most fit – a mile every day. We enjoyed a session of boxercise where our fitness was definitely tested. 30 mins of constant movements! We also took part in a session of orienteering where we looked at maps and learnt how to find our way, gathering clues to move to the next step. The whole week was fun!
